How to add a firewall exception for Pitikapp Server

• 1. Uninstall and reinstall Pitikapp Server

• 2. Open "Windows Defender Firewall with Advanced Security" (press Windows+R and execute "wf.msc"):



• 3. Select "Inbound Rules" and sort by name. You will see a list of entries for Pitikapp:



• 4. Delete all the entries that refer to Pitikapp

• 5. Run Pitikapp as administrator (right click on the shortcut, "Run as administrator")



• 6. When the Windows firewall popup is shown, click on "Cancel"



• 7. When the Pitikapp firewall popup is shown, click on "Add Firewall Exception"



• 8. You can now run the client on your phone or tablet, connected to the same router, and they will connect!
